Created through a joint effort between The
Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and SouthFace
Energy Institute, EarthCraft House
is the fastest growing green building program in the South.
Through the utilization of energy efficient construction materials
and methods, EarthCraft-certified homes adhere to a well defined,
yet flexible set of guidelines. Every home constructed within
the guidelines is subject to several inspections conducted
by SouthFace before achieving certification as an EarthCraft
House. The result of this process is a high quality home that
is healthy, durable and energy efficient.
EarthCraft Home Renovation
Not in the market for constructing a new home, no problem.
If your plans include a new addition, basement finish, or
updating your existing home, we can implement the same construction
approach, and if you wish, have your renovation project certified
EarthCraft utilizing the program’s renovation guidelines.
